Channeling and giving Reiki are one in the same. When you give Reiki you become connected to thesource of it and channel the life force through your palm chakras. When you become attuned to either 1st, 2nd, or Master Level in Reiki you will be connected to its unlimited source and be able to channel it whenever you desire. Reiki healers channel Reiki to themselves or others by placing their palms on the persons body or a few inches above. Reiki can flow from your Crown Chakra and out of your palms but it can also flow from your other Chakras and even from breathing in air.
